COVID-19

We are located in the United States and we are slowly coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic, however, from time to time we experience small hiccups.   Please be mindful that we are working as hard as possible to keep things running and will sometimes take a little longer.  We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. 

Order and Shipping confirmation

You will receive an ordering confirmation email when your order has been successfully placed.  This email will include your order number, all shipping information, and all items ordered.  Please take a moment to review this email as soon as you get it as corrections are easiest right after the order is placed. 

Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, however, some specialty items can take longer. 

Where we ship

We currently ship to US addresses including Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories, however, we do not ship to  PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. 

Shipping costs

Shipping is free for most items and indicated on the item, if it is not. 

TAXES

When applicable, all taxes are added during checkout.

REturn POLICY

Items eligible for returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. If a returned item is open or used, any refund shall be at our discretion according.

Items not eligible for return are any personal items, custom made items, or intimate apparel.
